Goodskills Career Builder can help you start earning what you deserve by providing targeted skills training and job placement services into higher wage careers.

​This four-week training is provided at no charge and connects participants directly with hiring employers in advanced manufacturing and technology. Upon graduation, all participants receive $500 for work completed during the hands-on portion of training and access to an expert Goodskills Career Coach for up to three  years.

Goodskills Career Builder is open to any adult over 18 years old residing in Erie, Niagara, or Chautauqua County with a high school diploma or GED authorized to work in the United States who is currently looking for a higher-paying job in advanced manufacturing. Specialized training for careers in technology is also available at our Buffalo Career Center.
