Library Card Sign-Up Month
September 2026 is Library Card Sign-Up Month, a nationwide annual campaign by the American Library Association encouraging people to get and use a free library card. As the director I am often asked, “Is the library still relevant?”
My answer is always the same:
“Libraries are less about the items inside and more about the information and connection shared inside.”
Stop in Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or Saturdays 9:00 – 12:00 pm to see your library and all that is offered here.
